Our collaboration with Nathan Clark (Pitt Comp Bio) and Yang Hong (Pitt Cell Bio) is now published in PLOS Genetics! We used Evolutionary Rate Covariation (ERC) analysis to identify proteins with similar evolutionary histories to E-cadherin in the fly:
